Got a new part. don't know how to install it
I assume you either have recieved the separation pad or the paperpick roller. Here are instructions on how to replace both.
-
Use the power switch to turn the product off and then unplug the power cord.

-
Open the print-cartridge door, and remove the print cartridge.
CAUTION:
To prevent damage, do not expose the print cartridge to light. Cover the print cartridge or place it in a black plastic bag, if necessary. Also, do not touch the black-sponge transfer roller inside the product. Touching the transfer roller can damage the product.
-
Locate the pickup roller.

Gently release the small, white tabs on each side of the pickup roller by pushing them away from the roller, and then rotate the pickup roller toward the front.

Hi dorpsbrouwer ,
It seems to be a result of dust on the scanner glass, therefore open the scanner flap and clean the glass with a soft cloth/microfiber cloth and then there should not be this problem , it sounds unusual but it has happened to my friend as well , the problem got resolved when he cleaned the scanner glass and hope fully this is the case in your problem as well.
Hope this helps ..:)

The printer needs more memory.
The PDF is probably to complex to print with the amount of memory installed on the formatter.
Google the printer and look for memory.
Hp laserjet 3015 keeps jamming when printing
I would do a configuration report and check that the printer is reading A4. If that is ok then the next thing to check is the paper pickup roller. It could be worn or dirty so clean with warm water on a wrag. If none of this works then it is possible that you have paper sensor that is sticking but I would try the other solutions first.

Hi there Crazy Manu,
I believe this problem would require you to do the following:
1. Disconnect the device
2. Re-Install the drivers.
3. Reconnect the device.
It should work after this. Drivers are usually found on the CD included with the printer, however, if you don't have it you may find in on the company's website under their driver downloads portal.

I am not able to send fax from this printer.
Did you connect an external telephone to your machine? If not, please check the lower left side when the back faces you and there are two telephone jacks. the one is to connect to the telephone line and another to an external telephone unit. after connecting the two lines, you should be able to get a dial tone when you lift the telephone's handset. I dont personally use the numbers in the machine but I use the telephone I connected to the machine when sending fax. Just start dialing using the phone and send the fax/ send button when fax tone is heard. hope this works.

Internal Firmware error.
Plug printer directly into the wall outlet, not a surge protector.
You will probably have to update the Firmware, if the error reappears.
