Hello,

Color laser printer require that all four cartridges have toner even if you are just printing black. You will need to replace all of the cartridges that are empty before you can print anything.

59 errors have something to do with the ETB(electronics transfer belt).Try reseating the belt, see if that doesn't fix your problem.When was the last time that the ETB was replaced?

As a trained laser printer technician I would firstly ask Are the toner units OEM (eg.HP) ( if not then there's your problem right away). has the Image transfer belt been replaced recently? are you suffering from Light patches in your prints ( HVT error). but just to point out- refilled toner cartridges are exectly that they have put more toner in the hopper - the problem lies with the fact that the drum surface life the cleaner blade life the cleaner seals life the developer life cycle is based on prints made which when youve em[pied the toner once has been completed- re using these parts by just putting toner back in will greatly increase the failure rate, and with V poor developer will spuriously throw toner from the doctor Blade ( the part that sets the magnetic brush height) alternatively if the transfer belt has been 'clocked' then the ridges in the surface are too deep for the cleaner blades to have effect and this will also cause v pooy print quality. 3rd party toners will only cost you more money in the long run.

after you have printed a few pages switch the machine off just as the paper leaves the fuser. then open the front cover and take a close look at the image transfer belt ( black plastic conveyor type belt) use a torch shone accross the belt to better light the error- if you can see these Green/yellow/cyan lines on the belt then theres a good chance its coming from the toner units- ( also try print quality troubleshooting pages in the menus under diagnostics.look at the individual colour pages and look for any lines or Uneveness about the shaded colour) replace whichever toner is not printing correctly

you will be able to accomplish this using the windows driver ( force all colours to B/W) is in the advanced options under colour ( this is the machines windows driver)

Hi, I think your printer driver not supported right now. Or may be you printer not proper sencer working. So one time driver uninstalled and remove printer cartridges. Then pc restart and again install driver and connect cartridges. Re: CP2025 cleaning at every possible moment Talked to HP support and fixed mine by changing Settings/Paper Handling/Tray 2 Type to "Heavy 111-130g"
All paper handling settings as follows:

Default Paper Size: Letter
Default Paper Type: Plain
Manual Feed: Off Duplex: Off Bind: Long Edge
Tray 1 Size: Any size Tray 1 Type: Any Type Tray 2 Size: Letter Tray 2 Type: Heavy 111-130g
Paper Out Handling

Specify Time and Action Paper Out Time: 0 Seconds
Paper Out Action:
Override

Press the check button and the right arrow button in this combination:
