Hello,Cleaning the pickup roller will only temporarily delay problem. The pickup roller and separation pad needs to be replaced to correct the multiple paper pickup problem. my hp printer 1320 always prints two papers one of them is white.what caused this problem?

Print quality is usually controlled through your property tab on the screen that pops up when you click Print

Remove mains plug for sometime, if after restarting if the panel does not work or take command it is possible that there are errors in the control panel , error in processor or memory.Click on HP support

If your printer can not pick up the paper then you need to change the pickup roller and separation pad. The two common things that cause this type of problem are: 1) low toner - remove the toner and shake it from side to side to distribute the toner evenly in the cartridge to test. If the print gets better then you need to get a new toner cartridge because your is almost out.2) The transfer roller that charges the paper to allow the toner to transfer to the page is worn out and will need to be replaced. check printer door, there is a small plastic piece wich pushed down (to open) lasser scaner cover. if this piece is broken you can get blank page
