Cf51 wITH MOTHERBOARD dl3up1448aaa. When connected
Hi,
Im very sorry to hear that, please follow these simple steps for you to be able to isolate the exact problem.
1. Removed the battery.
2. Connect the laptop directly to the power outlet without using the battery just for the meantime.
3. Turn on the laptop. If the laptop is able to power on, that means that the AC adapter is working fine as well as the DC port. If the laptop is not able to turn on, it maybe the AC adapter itself or the DC port.
4. Try to use another AC adapter if possible, make sure that that AC adapter is working fine. If the laptop is still not turning on, the problem is with the DC port itself. In that case, you will need to replaced the Motherboard itself.
Hope this will help...Thank you for using Fixya...

Cant find how to connect to a wireless network
Theencryption key secures your data from unauthorized access.
The router's password is a Passphrase or the WEP or WPA orWPA2 encryption key.
The Passphrase generates the WEP or WPA or WPA2 encryptionkey and this is in the router's wireless settings.
To connect to your wireless router, configure the router'swireless settings ie SSID, plus the WPAor WPA2 encryption key and then configure wireless cards in the laptops and orcomputers with these router's wireless settings. Then the laptops and desktopcomputers can communicate with your wireless router.

On my CF-51 the touchpad
I had similar issues with cursor jumping even while using a mouse.
Very simple & quick fix is to simply "disable" touch pad through "start up" mode use a mouse.
You have to disable in start up menu or pad will re-enable itself next time you boot.
I never liked a mouse before being forced to use it .... now it's not so bad.

Irql not less or equal
reformatting the disk / restore computer back to company settings...is only the resolution for this...
To reinstall your operating system, you must have a CD drive in your multimedia pocket.
Note: CF-51 (Mk2) and CF-51 (Mk3) can also boot to an external Panasonic USB CD drive.
When the laptop is first powered on, the Panasonic name appears in white lettering with the phrase 'Press F2 to enter Setup' directly below it. When this phrase appears on the screen, immediately press F2 on your keyboard. Put the Panasonic recovery CD in your drive and use the arrow keys to move to the boot tab. Change the order of boot so the CD drive boots first. To do this, highlight the CD drive and press F6 until CD drive is the No. 1 listing. Press F10 to save your changes, exit and follow the instructions when your CD starts running.

As long as you still have windows xp on your laptop then the drivers would be located
here.
Click on either windows xp or windows xp sp2 and the drivers will show up on the next page. From there you can download and install the network controller and the audio driver.

While using the screen goes black but if you look
It could be your LCD inverter is going bad.
CLICK HERE to see. It is relatively easy to replace. Remove the LCD screen bezel screws and gently lift away close to the bottom. The inverter is on the bottom right under the LCD itself. Usually 2 screws to remove and unplug then replace. If it is not the inverter then it is your LCD backlight in which case you will need to replace the screen.

Your problem is with your battery. It most likely needs to be replaced, since it wont charge. You can usually find them cheap on amazon.com or ebay.com

Installed Ram, now wont boot
The new RAM is either faulty or incompatible (not the correct type).
For larger RAM use the same make and type as the old RAM
