Could you tell me what a Print Error 021 is and
Hello, Karen.
From FixYa Support:
You can try a LBP Fuser Reset and Error Log Clear.
LBP Fuser reset:
Press-function-7-"monitor
button 4 times slowly"- then the "start" * button. It should say service mode. push 7 then push 1
then start then push 2. 1 then start
LBP Error Log Clear:
Press-function-7-"monitor
button 4 times slowly"- then the "start" * button. It should say service mode
then press 6 then press 1 then 6 then you're done.
If that does not work, you need a new fuser and would need to get the printer serviced.
Hope this helps.

Troubleshooting 043 - Toner Cartridge
I have to ask this question of you, just to make sure this is not an issue. Are you using a factory new ink cartridge?
Please consider the following:
If you are using a refilled or third party cartridge that may well be your problem. Most manufacturers build logic into their products to prevent the use of “Other Equipment Manufactured” cartridges as well as re-filled cartridges.
They do this to prevent problems from contaminated inks causing problems with print quality or damaging the physical printhead.
If you are using factory new cartridges, then please call the manufacturers Technical Support for assistance with the warranty on the cartridges

Printer error 021
Install the ink cartridges properly. Or, confirm that the supported ink cartridges are installed.

Having trouble with paper jams all day
Very lightly rub a wet cloth on the top half of a heavy A4 size paper (100g).
Insert this sheet with wet side in first facing upward. Open MS Word and hit Ctrl + P. It will print a blank page on the wet sheet. When it tries to pull this sheet hold it with your hand but don't try to pull it too hard. When it stops pulling the sheet then load another one (dry) and see if it solves your problem. Perform these steps very carefully and I may not be held responsible for any damage. I recommend this because it solved my problem.
