Sticking programme

Hi,
This could be a problem with the controller as it is not waiting for water to warm before continuing.
Water element should be checked, as well as the water thermostat switch (which may be stuck on), possibly a substitute timer fitted to make sure you replace the right part.

The dishes are not coming out clean and the soap

Hi

If you are noticing that the dishes are not clean, then there are a few things to check for. Check the soap powder if it's kept in a dry environment. Also try replacing the powder with something like a gel or liquid. Next thing to check for is the water pressure and fill valve. Check if the water is filling in and the spray arms are throwing the water with enough pressure. Try and listen to the sound if you hear a proper spraying action sound.

If it seems as a low water pressure then check the fill valve. Now, check if dishwasher is draining the water or not. While the dishwasher is working check whether the dishwasher is draining and there is not much left out water after the cycle is complete. Try cleaning the spray arm with a soft brush. The water temperature plays a major role in cleaning of dishes. The temp should be between 125 and 150 F for dishwasher to clean the dishes. Hope this helps...

Hi Guys, bought a semi-intergrated

Hello,

Welcome to FixYa.

I`m not sure if you know the Neff dishwasher is built by B/S/H/ (Bosch).

That being said, I do have a complete installation guide for B/S/H/ built machines ( which obviously would work for yours )including custom panel instructions I can send you via an email attachment in a "pdf".

If you have reservations about posting your email on here let me know, I can give you my windows live email to contact me to send it to you.

The reason is the guide is about a 550KB file which is too large to post on here.

Let me knbow, I`ll watch for your reply.

Regards,

Macmarkus :)

Neff dishwasher will not switch on , checked fuses etc

Just went through this myself. It could be a latch switch. Open the door undo the screws that holds on the inside door panel remove the latch. The 2 black boxes with wires attached are the switches. Take them out (use your camera so you know how to put back together), take to an appliance parts place, and have hem check them. Mine were fine saving me $42.00. If this isn't it (as mine wasn't) check the in-line fuse. From the switch follow the wires into the electronics box (you will have to remove the cover. The fuse on mine was attached to the top of the circut board and it had two Tan wires attached, one of these wires attaches to the latch switch. I had it tested and yep it was bad for $12.00 I had a working dishwasher, saving me lots of $$$$$$$. I hope this helps..

My Neff dishwasher is showing E15 code plus showing a light on the tap symbol. I have had to switch it off at the plug as it keeps making a noise when switched off?

Could be an over fill issue causing water to leak into the base. What you need to do is pull the dishwasher out and lay it on its back and this will allow the water to drain out from the base.

What do I need to do if I put rinse aid in the salt compartment, is that a problem?

Shouldn't be a problem. Top up with salt as soon as you can. That will avoid streaky glassware.

My NEFF integrated dishwasher will not fill

It sounds like there may be an issue with the control board or programming of your NEFF dishwasher. The fact that the impeller runs and the rotor arms spin when water is manually added to the sump, but the controller does not call for water when the sump is empty suggests that there is a problem with the communication between the control board and the water inlet valve. The round white device you mentioned that is located in the water inlet before the water inlet valve is likely a flow meter. It is used to measure the amount of water flowing into the dishwasher and send a signal to the control board to indicate when the appropriate amount of water has been reached. This device could be malfunctioning and preventing the control board from requesting water. It's also possible that the problem is with the level float and plunger that operate the micro switch you mentioned. If the float and plunger are not working correctly, the control board may be receiving incorrect information about the water level in the sump and preventing the dishwasher from filling with water. It is best to check the user manual for the dishwasher, it will have the troubleshooting section, you can try the solution mentioned there. If the problem persists, it is best to contact NEFF customer service or an appliance repair professional for further assistance.

Neff Integrated Dishwasher. The pump on my dishwasher won't stop running!

That is the classic behaviour of a flood sensor being wet. You said 'anti flood float'. I know them as a small sensor in a tray under the machine and above the floor in a plastic pan. If it is that where your float is, then you need a service call to diagnose. It is likely to be a circuit board issue and they are expensive so need proper eyes-on trained diagnosis.
