Well after reviewing this model on home depot website, (out of everyone thats takin the time to leave reviews on the website - ) 65 people gave it one star, some of those people wanting to give it zero stars, some peole, within the first few comments I read stated an issue with not much water, and all of them (so far out of the 65) have reported nothing but problems. you may try this (this is direct copy and paste from what someone said) I have had problems from day one. It often starts in the rinse cycle and doesn't get clothes clean. Customer report says you have to unplug it so it can reset so it'll start with fill, wash & THEN rinse. It also makes an ungodly amount of noise and sounds like someone kicking a trash can.sorry for your problems
