Get a cloth and wrap it around pair of grips or similar, and grip the glass with the grips to unscrew the glass cover, do not apply too much pressure to the glass, as you will possibly break it.
If it still will not unscrew, then it may be neccesswery to break it to get it off.

TUTORIALS1, If the Neff fan motorin the back of the oven is going round and
the temperature light is on (normally little red light), but there is no heat
then you will probably need a new oven element, these are generally very easy
to fit and readily available from our website these can be tested with a
electric meter. To gain access to the NEFFelement you will
have to remove the back plate from inside the oven. Once removed you will see
the fan and element, if you
look closely at the elementyou will
probably see a small hole burnt in it where it has blown. Sometimes however
there is no evidence of a fault but the elementis open circuit ie:
broken inside the element casing, either way it will need replacing. Some
elements will are fixed from inside the oven and some are held in place by nuts
from the rear of the machine. 2, If your NEFF fan
oven is getting warm but takes a very long time to cook or is burning the food
more on one side than the other, then you need to check if your oven fan motoris working you will
see the blade turning fast if it is ok. if the element is heating but the fan motoris not blowing the heat into the oven then
you need To replace the oven fan motoris a little more
expensive and a bit more involved. 3. If you have the opposite problem ie: your oven is over heating
and burning everything then you will need to replace your NEFF oven thermostat 4, A quite common and easily overlooked answer is if your NEFF oven is not working at all ie: no
heat and no fan then the chances are that someone has put the oven timerinto AUTO mode,
simply put oven back to MANUAL mode and all should be working again.
Assuming the fan does start eventually, then I would say that the fan bearings are starting to fail.
You could try spraying the bearings with WD40,, but long term, you are probably going to have to replace the fan motor.
Hope this helps with your prob.
If the element has failed again in such a short time , then I would suspect that the fan is the culprit.
If the fan is not working, then the element overheats, and burns itself out.
The fact that the fan spins freely, proves nothing, as the fan can be still faulty.
The only way to prove if the fan is faulty, is to remove the oven from the housing, and remove the rear outer panel of oven,.test with a meter set to ac mains and test the fan motor terminals to see if there is power there when oven is set to heat, disconnect the element first. ,if there is ,and the fan is not running then the motor is faulty..
If there is no voltage there, then problem is elsewhere, and you will have to investigate furher.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
You possibly need to fit a new fan motor, as this will certainly cause temp variations, if it is not working properly.
If you remove the inner rear cover of bottom oven, you will see the element and the fan.Try spinning the fan by hand, it should revolve freely, and rotate on its own after spinning it by hand.
If it does not, then it needs replacing.
It is a fairly straight forward job to replace, just bear in mind that the fan is held on by a left handed nut, so to undo it , hold the fan blade, and unscrew the nut clockwise, as though you were tightening it up, and vice versa to tighten it.
You will have to remove the main rear cover of oven to access the the terminals and the fan motor.
If the fan is working o/k then you need a new element fitting.
Remove the panel at the rear of the oven, there you will see the element, remove the fixing screws and ease the element forward, taking care not to lose the wires, disconnect the leads and fit new element.
The light flickering is probably the bulb not screwed in propely or a bad contact, nothing to worry about.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks
The grill element has an internal short and needs replacing. Sometimes you can see it as a slight bulging of the element. This happens just before it blows a hole. It may also have been physically damaged when something was put in there after a few Sherries. :>D Sounds like your RCD is adequately sensitive.
If the display on your Neff T18FD36X0/01 appliance is flickering and not staying on, there could be a problem with the control board or the display module itself. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the power supply: Make sure that the appliance is getting power by checking the outlet and the power cord. You can also try plugging in another appliance to see if the outlet is working properly.
Check the control board: If the power supply is fine, the next step is to check the control board. Turn off the power to the appliance and remove the control panel cover to access the control board. Look for any loose wires, damaged connectors or burnt components. If you find any issues, you may need to replace the control board.
Check the display module: If the control board is fine, the issue may be with the display module itself. Remove the control panel cover and locate the display module. Check the connections and make sure they are secure. If the connections are fine, the display module may need to be replaced.
Call a professional: If you are not comfortable troubleshooting or repairing the appliance yourself, it is best to call a professional technician. They will be able to diagnose the issue and recommend the best course of action.
Remember to always turn off the power to the appliance before attempting any repairs or troubleshooting. Safety should be your top priority.
A length of wood such as a dowel can be used with a mallet or small hammer. Place one end of the wood against the lamp cover so as to force it anti clockwise. Tap the other end gently.
