hi gud day, more of ceramic hob is touch control,try to stay ur thumbmark wen the unlock circle to unlock if u hear the sound it means is unlock also in the other wat u want to operate,or clean the surface coz some oil is coz of not operate properly. tnx gerbee

right hand side hob not working. Flashing on and off with a sign that looks like a reverse 9 or P maybe?

Red light on and range is locked, press but will not unlock.

Hi I have just had the problem of accidently locking my Neff Hob.
If you hold down the L Lock button for about a minute it unlocks.

I have a Neff T4344N0/08. I cannot stop all four hobs flashing - ie: I press the 'on' button all four flash, I then choose which one I want to use plus the number but they all keep flashing instead of stopping after the usual three or four. Please help - have I pressed something I shouldn't, perhaps a child lock?

That means circuit board error. You will need a replacement or tech.

Some gas appliances have a thermal couple. it could be dirty at its base connection. If possible clean that area with alcohol always unplug electricity before attempting to repair on any electrical appliance .

Two things you can try 1. press and hold the power button until it unlocks or 2. on some models there is a button with a padlock symbol, press and hold until unlocks
