Whirlpool oven g2p 62f ss

see the diagram attached, and fix it. God bless you
  1. Light bulbIf your microwave light bulb is not working, perhaps it has blown. The first step is to replace the bulb and power on the microwave. If this does not correct the issue, the next step is to check the socket and wiring to verify if that is the problem.
  2. Light bulb socket & main control boardIf your microwave light bulb is not working after the installation of a new bulb, check the light socket as well as the wiring to ensure they are properly operating. If these sources are functioning properly, the next step is to check for a faulty control board as a possible root cause to your microwave light bulb malfunction.

Neff b6774N0gb/02. Inner glass shattered. replaced. Internal fuse blown. replaced. Now microwave working (heating water) for approx 5 sec, then switching off, beeping and showing E1 fault. Also displ

Usually if this model stops after approx 3 secs it is an invertor or mag fault. Check that the aerial cover is clean Page 3 of the breakdown part position 315. If this is really grubby it would be the cause of the door shattering. The PTC is not used on the microwave function so may be an additional fault. Check also the alignment of the door switches as this can also cause a similar fault. My best guess is if you remove the mag, you'll probably find scorching on it and it (and the invertor) will need replacing.

Mirowave wont start

I assume from your description that you can set power and time but nothing kicks in when you press start?? This could be a control panel fault but may be a problem with the door lock/switches. Check that the spring on the door hooks is ok, just lift it up and check it returns to down position by itself. If the microswitches do not make properly when the door is closed the m/w will not start because it assumes the door is open. A microwave (even when switched off) can be storing a high voltage so unless you are trained I would suggest you get an expert to take a look. BSH is Neff service division 0844 872 8999, they offer a one off repair plan, which covers your first repair and then any further repairs for a year. You can pay monthly by DD to spread the cost. (This may be age related so as yours m/w is nearly 10years old, it may not be eligible).Hope this helps.

Stops after 2 seconds

Stopping after 2 secs usually means the inverter or magnetron have failed, or worse case scenario both. A microwave can be storing up to 4000 volts even when switched off, so if you're unsure of what you are doing I would suggest that you get an expert to look at it. BSH is the repair section of NEFF 0844 872 8999, the offer a repair plan, where you pay a set amount (Approx 170 pound) which covers your first repair and any further repairs for a year and you can pay by direct debit monthly to spread the cost. The inverter is approx 200 pound and the magnetron is about the same, so it's a pretty good deal as to replace the whole oven is 600-700 pound.

Cannot find the lamp on my h5972 model microwve

Isolate from mains, open oven door, look on left side of cavity you will see a rectangular panel with a screw at the top, remove the screw (torx20) the lamp is a small halogen bulb (like a christmas light). wear a pair of latex type clothes, pull out the old bulb (it looks like a small piece of glass with two small wires poking out). Replacement part is 491743. Probably best to get the new bulb first so you now what you're looking for.

Microwave does not work at all

Make sure that the program controller is working if not check power - step down supply, the pads are responding- if not faulty pads- or the door switches, if the switch contact are not good then it will not trigger the processor to switch on the waveguides. If the lights or fan work without any display or action of program being triggered to start then it can be a possible fault on the main board or the processor. Sometimes insect secretion can short the board and display panel and so the processor can work in such an erratic manner. If so clean, solder and reset the board. Now identify the parts by clicking this link: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/microwave/a/5/141/identifying-microwave-parts.html

If there is no heating please do not switch on unless you have confirmed the fault. It is possible that the Magnetron is faulty, the temperature cut off is faulty or the main capacitor is short. It is also quite possible that insect can get into the oven and create soft spots. When you switch on these will create a short and make the voltage jump and in the long run damage the magnetron. Check this link to know how a microwave works:

http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/microwave/a/5/1443/how-a-microwave-oven-works.html

So Remove cover after disconnecting , check for dirt/moisture in the cabin, if so wipe clean and dry, check the magnetron and area clean and use an jet air to clean off. Check the wave guide covers, if food had deposited then it must be checked or replaced. See link: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/microwave/a/5/1146/how-to-replace-a-microwave-guide-cover.html

Now keeping clear of the microwave, switch on; use a cup of water inside to test. If you notice any sparks shut off as the magnetron or the main HT capacitor can be faulty. replace with same type. If there is heating without any issues, you can use the microwave safely
