Hi there When using liquid bleach, add to compartment "Liquid Bleach" and when using powdered bleach, it is recommended to add directly to the drum making sure the powdered bleach entered in to the hole of the drum, then add laundry. Detergent and fabric softener added to the relevant compartments. When using powdered detergent, remove the liquid detergent holder from the detergent compartment. All of the compartments are housed in the detergent drawer top left of the washer. I hope this helps Kind regards Phillip

The latch is either broken or has come loose. Check the latch to see if either applies.

The drain pump is not something that you can simply "reset". If the overload device has operated "open circuited" and has not reset itself after cooling down, it will have to be replaced. It is located between the motor coil and iron. However, if this is the case, it may mean that you have a serious problem with your motor. And to make matters worse, if you have a problem with your drain motor, it may cause problems in your Control Panel.

the soap, bleach and fabric softner get dispensed by opening a water valve to the dispenser to flush out the items. They then flow to the bottom of the tub. Not all of the water comes out for various reasons, but the important information is that it is seldom critical to performance. If you want to pursue it, check dispenser (take it out) and clean it well. I assume the machine is level.

Try unplugging it for about a minute and then plug it in. That may reset the computer.
