Hi no the most comon problem is the filter in the machine just where the hose is attached. remove the hose and look for the filter and clean that. Normally it is limescale builsup in there. Clean it and 99% of the time the problem is fixed

Then, you can move your dial counterclockwise (or opposite the direction that you currently turn your cycle-setting dial) by 90 degrees. Then, attempt a full cycle again.
