Unlike KitchenAid, KENMORE & Maytag (opinion: personal experience). Hello Jim Richards, I tried to pull down... any meaningful information from the GARDEN VARIETY part houses... It appears you can get replacement parts through grainger... Manualslib.com does indeed show SR24H a commercial grade unit... (also SR24C... similar chem clean commercial grade) Hobart SR24C Instruction Manual Page 4 Hoping to find valves, schematics & perhaps even PART NUMBERS... (no luck). Found some parts on the internet... Parts list (Rev A, August 2009) http://www.hobart.com.mx/pdf/CatPartes/F43078RevA_Lk.pdf I don't know if you have tried to "activate" the valves (power direct to... VALVES not responding = open coil) Or you are having a control board failure (test for voltage present)... If you have power at the valves... and they are merely not responding... Some folks will tell you to clean the (descale.... decalcify) your VALVES. I'd say replace them... NOT CHEAP (but it appears "KITS" might be available) then play with the old ones at your leisure... Make sure your rinse wash arms have the end plugs. If one is missing, water will spray out door.

Your fill valve could possibly be malfunctioning, therefore not closing all of the way. I used to work for Hobart. These LX machines can be a pain in the rear. If you have a water softner, then the valve is probably functioning normally. I do not recall it ever being the door gaskets. I would think you should be getting an error code with the wrench. This is a hot water machine. If you have lime scale building up inside, you may try deliming it. The drain valve could be also causing a problem. There are so many things it could be.

I think you can get all of the parts for that to replace it instead of sharpening it.

Try running the hot water into the sink immediately before you turn on your dishwasher. That will get hot water from your heater to dishwasher faster & help with the sanitizing cycle heat
