Put something underneath the front of the unit (like a magazine) so it tilts slightly this should allow the water to get to the condenser area and be evaporated out the vent.

are you making sure to push both breakers completely off before pushing them back on

Without a serial number you cannot look up on line what the unit age is. Have you cleaned the condenser coils on the bottom and back of unit?
