APE08AJM1 - GE 115 Volt Portable Electronic Room Air Conditioner - Compressor not kicking on. Manual indicates it's triggering the overload relay? How do I solve this?

There is a start capacitor near the compressor that may be bad. If the capacitor tests OK then the compressor is locked up. A service man can try to get it going with a kicker capacitor but there is no guarantee that that will work.

Ge icemaker zdis15css - Leaking. Compressor might be leaking as that's where its dripping from & water on side of compressor but not on top. Is there cleaning or fix or is it a replacement issue?

leaking what? I hope the compressor isn't leaking water, compressors will sweat but excessive sweating usually points to an overcharged system. it's unlikely it's leaking refrigerant AT the compressor, try bubbles to locate leak if you don't have leak detector If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/thomas_092728000e6acb79

Stat issues with GE Zoneline

Your coils on the outside unit may need cleaning. When they get dirty, air cannot flow through them to remove heat from the refrigerant. When this happens pressure increases until it trips a safety and shuts the unit down.
It won't run again until the pressure drops to a safe level. Also check your drain line..Make sure it's dripping. If not it's clogged and that will trip the safety switch not allowing water to back up

Circuit breaker trips when emergency/auxiliary heat shuts off

That is an enigma and it just makes no sense!!!!!!!!Could the switch involved be the culprit? I would check that out just to make sure. Try also checking the breaker by replacing it. Sometimes those things are guilty of crazy operation.

Air Conditioning broken - fan still works

Probably a control board failure. If the modes don't work and the fan auto/on works, I'd say the circuit board has failed. Does the fan turn on when cool is selected? If not, 99% sure it's the board. If it does, it's probably a compressor component issue. Window units are considered throw aways.

Wiring a ge motor 220; has three black wires

That's a 3 phase motor(ph3). And probably a 220v/460v? Or a 110v/220v, BIG difference! You'll need to figure out your supply voltage and wire it accordingly. Normally, if 220/460, all 3 black wires are hot legs, and this is probably what you have, because 110v will normally have higher amperage than what you posted. And if the motor runs backwards, switch any leg with 1 other. Hope this helps!
