The sensor integrated in the motor may be a centrifugal switch or a hall switch / sensor that connects to the combustion control board as a safety.
Replace the motor, along with the sensor, if either motor or sensor fails.

The booster motor? Do you mean the inducer motor that helps push the exhaust? If the inducer motor won't shut off when the thermostat is satisfied and everything else does shut off, it sounds like the contacts on the relay that powers the inducer are at fault

The switch is not the problem ,it is doing it job.
Locate your vent and put a bend over it because what is happening is on windy days wind will get into vent blowing that combustion air back to furnace causing pressure switch to tripped.

If it is not modulating, you need to get a meter and check the output of the ECM. You will also need to see what you are using for your control voltage. Is it 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC. 4-20 MA. From there it's easy. If your modulating any of the voltages above? Your valve is bad. Of your not modulating at all from the ECM, the ECM is bad

Why you need to change evaporator coil when condenser fan not working ,also why would you even charge unit with looking for leak.
Maybe the evaporator coil is leaking and when you recharge it it work for couple of days now unit is empty again .
If unit have low pressure switch then outside unit would shut off.
