D915 intel wont power on
did you plug in the four wire power plug in by the cpu socket?are all plug in right place that they go to?did you check the power supply out as well.

If you already have tried this download, are you sure this isn't the se version of the motherboard?
Regarding the usb and sound; first of all have you installed al the drivers supplied with the motherboard? If you have, then have you connected the internal usb pins to the external ports and tried every usb port including those on the back?
Unfortunately that is what I can suggest at this point... If that doesn't work, and updating the bios doesn't work, then I suggest resetting the motherboard.

In your lower right side of your CPU there are connectors which is intended for power switch and reset switch which is used turn your power on and off in your CPU. That connectors are connected to a normally open switch. Or you can even short it with a small wire to turn on you PC. If you want to automatically power on download on this software on this site

First right click my computer clickproperties then click hardware then device manager and in the click sound vedio and came controller and see wether the driver is installed properly if you see question mark in the driver or the driver not installed properly reload your sound driver which came with the motherboard if the drivers are installed properly then click start settings control pannel then click sound and audio device then click volume and move the slider to high then untick the mute button if ticked then restart the computer

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electic extensions or just replace them they are probably faulty a computer needs its connections to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error hope this helps
