you can find ur Puk number at back side of your plastic sim card .it will have 8 digit.

sorry, ter s no software tat provides th copy of th puk code....
u jus contact ur service provider to un lock ur sim.....

you have to double check your battery. i have a p50 and sometimes it does that. the problem is with the battery. if the battery doesn't charge, the orange light will remain as is. you might want to do the following steps.

1. remove the charger from your unit.
2. remove the battery and put it back it again after 10 seconds.
3. be sure to put the battery lock on its proper position
4. try to turn on the unit using the power button on.
5. reset the unit in it's reset button on the bottom.

if these five steps don't work, you have a dead battery.

buy a new one or have it repacked.

my phone do not have no signal and i have problems finding a network

You don't say what service or phone you are using but most PUK codes are provided by the service provider ie at&t,verizon,alltel

The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.

there is no such thing as a benq pc suite...

if you need the program for syncing the device do the following:

if your pc is windows vista you dont need the active sync sotware by microsoft... because there is a preinstalled software included with the os... (its called windows device center found in control panel)

if you're using windows xp (all versions except x64) here are the download link of Microsoft Active Sync...

For access the internet through wi-fi connection  u need to do some setting on ur mobile .(like Access point etc). and if ur wifi hotspot is secured then u need to enter password or passkey while use internet

pls do a hard reset and that will surely fix the probelem. pls refer to your manual.

try a soft reset and a hardreset, prefer to the manual for instructions.
