The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.

if you need the program for syncing the device do the following:

if your pc is windows vista you dont need the active sync sotware by microsoft... because there is a preinstalled software included with the os... (its called windows device center found in control panel)

For access the internet through wi-fi connection  u need to do some setting on ur mobile .(like Access point etc). and if ur wifi hotspot is secured then u need to enter password or passkey while use internet

You need to replace the joystick component; it is not caused by dirt. After some time it gets bad.

You need to go to the nearest authorized service center; that joystick is not a standard component, only the authorized service centers got them; taking it from another phone is not a good idea, doing it, the component will loose operability.

It is possible to bridge to another power supply. There are simple tutorials on YT to help and the process is not very invasive, if you do not wish to harm the current bezel. I was unable to find a switch online to match the model number. Maybe try something close enough to match.

If no issue with other inputs, check the compatibility of the frequencies and refresh speeds.

Go to settings >> system >> About device. Find "Build number" and click 6 times fast on it.
