Windows 7 drivers

Window 7 operatimg system is the latest on the market so expected not to malfucntion. The situation with the recent computers despite being latest innovations in technology is least compartibiluity with prior systems. Consider that, your computer is the most up to date and should not be interfered with older codes from prior operating systems. You may be attempting to connect an older devices requiring codes on the windows 7. However, so far windows 7 is still getting in to the user explorability phase similar with prior operating systems. What this means is that, the more complaints about the operating systems, programers tend to redesign compartibilty hybrids to the sytem if not changed by a better computer altogether. Keep in mind that, if a computer program is not communicating with windows 7, dont mind to much since your computer is in perfect order. likely, the additional program is malfunctioning because is outdate and likely incompartible upgrade with windows 7. Identify the specific incompartibilty program code to be communicated to the microsoft internet site as malfunction would initiate an alternate code to bridge the condition. Also, join an internet computer programmers blog to lay the problem on the table. They would delibrate to invent sofwares observed about the recent windows 7.

I've checked and you can't. Canon don not spport Win7 with this printer so you will have to replace it.

You should also check any other periferals you have using the Win7 compatability wizard available from Microsoft.

Blue jet only printing top half of things

You need to remove the inks and lift out the printhead, check the bottom for any paper scraps, wipe gently on a damp paper towel. If after cleaning you still get partial blue, you will need a new printhead. The part number is stamped on the side of the printhead. Sometimes paper lint and scraps stick to the bottom of the printhead.
