check your printer caterage. either your waste full and needs to serviced or check your printer drum if it has any line on it.

Solution:
Press "Additional Functions",
Press "#", then press the "Right Arrow" button till it says, "Printer",
Then press "Set" then press the "Right Arrow" button again until it says "Printer Reset"
Then press "Set" again, the display will ask you "Yes" or "No".
Press the "Left" arrow for "Yes", then press "Set".
Now, unplug the power cord and wait 5 seconds and plug back in.

If this don't work, get a new fuser.
