Hi there,
Well it seems that there is some paper jam in your printer.... try the following steps first -
-Remove a piece of paper that was stuck in the printer
-pushed down on sponges
-moved ink cartridge holder back and forth several times
-unplug printer completely
-removed all the ink cartridges and put them back

Printer does not print from computer

Hi, To ensure this is only an issue with the black, I recommend printing off a nozzle check. This will show you if this problem is effecting any of the other colours.
To print a nozzle please refer to chapter 12 page 115 of the manual,
If colours are missing I recommend cleaning the print head. You have two options for cleaning the print head a normal clean and a deep clean, start by doing a normal clean if required try doing a deep clean.

Error "Waste Ink Near Full"
Cause : The waste ink tank (which holds the ink used for print head cleaning) is nearly full.
Action : Contact the Canon Customer Care - Center.

Printer no longer prints legibly
My CLP-300 color laser printer does not print clear in black. The left side of the page is worse then the right side. what can be done to fix this problem

the thickness of your paper does not match the setting of the paper thickness of the Printer. try and reset the thickness setup.
Overflow ink tank full
Hello. Actually what you will need to do is simply reset the counter, there is no overflow tank as such. Here is how it is done.
1) Enter SERVICE MODE.---
By pressing Menu Copy Copy Copy Scan --- this line ok.
2) Select TEST MODE. --- how to get into test mode ?
3) Select [8] PRINTER TEST in TEST MODE.
4) Select 3. [EEPROM CLEAR]. -- this option under test mode or somewhere else ?
5) Select 0. [INK COUNT].
6) Press the [Set] key. --- [set] key same with [Ok] key ?
7) Press the [Stop/Reset] key (returning to the state of 3)), and then press the [ON/OFF] key.
