the printer head is clogged with dry ink inside the channels and need to be dissolved.Remove all 5 cartridges you will see 5 inputs roundish mesh strainer correspond to the 5 colors and. put few drops of isopropyl alcohol in each you will see the ink waste coming from the print head nozzle. clean the head nicely with tissues and wait until dry. go to printer maintenance and click on deep clean...... i hope will do. nabil

1-check the power cable if it is twisted from both sides. or buy new power be sure it is inserted nicely into the printer socke.t 2- check the plug if there is any fuse! if it is blown up., change the fuse with the same amp rate. 3-check power source socket...try another power source wall socket. 4-keep long press on the power on. the waste ink is collected in a box because of cleaning of the cartridge take place on power on and before printing. simply you have to despose off the ink. try to take out that box by opening front cover. if you do not access that box u have to open top, back and side covers.

Maybe you pushed the small button on the left "two sided"...I did and got the same reading...I pushed it again to return. I think that is what happened...
