Zanussi ZDQ695 Electric Double Oven Questions & Answers
I want to change the
I will assume that the ZDQ695 bulb replacement procedure is the same as that for the ZDQ695A. The ZDQ695 uses a 25 W appliance light bulb (300 C). Unplug the appliance before starting. Open the oven and remove the racks for space to work. Insert a flat blade screwdriver between the side of the oven and the glass cover above the bulb. With your hand support the cover and pry it away from the wall of the oven until it releases. Push the top of the cover towards the oven wall and use your fingers to pry the bottom of the cover away from the housing. Then remove the cover. Unscrew the old bulb (counterclockwise) and then remove the bulb. Then screw in the new bulb. Replace the glass cover (position the flange so that it is pointing to the back of the oven) by pushing it into the hole to cover the bulb assembly. Replace the shelves and close the oven door before plugging the oven back in.

Error code 367Zanussi cooker not working what is the cause of the error code 367
Error code 367 on a Zanussi cooker typically indicates an issue with the temperature sensor or thermostat. When this error occurs, it means that the temperature sensor is detecting an abnormal or out-of-range temperature. Here are some possible causes and steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Power cycle the cooker: Turn off the cooker and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can resolve temporary glitches or errors.
- Check the temperature sensor: The temperature sensor is responsible for detecting the oven's temperature and sending signals to the control board. It's possible that the sensor has become faulty or disconnected. Inspect the sensor for any visible damage or loose connections. If necessary, consult the cooker's user manual for instructions on how to access and check the sensor.
- Inspect the thermostat: The thermostat regulates the oven's temperature. If the thermostat is malfunctioning, it could be causing the error code 367. Look for any signs of damage or wear on the thermostat. If you suspect a faulty thermostat, it may require professional repair or replacement.
- Contact customer support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it's recommended to contact Zanussi's customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance. They will have the expertise to diagnose the specific problem with your cooker and provide guidance on the necessary repairs or part replacements.
It's important to consult the cooker's user manual or documentation for model-specific troubleshooting steps or error code interpretations. The manual may provide additional information or suggestions for resolving error code 367 on your particular Zanussi cooker.
Hi the grill on my zanussi freestanding cooker is not working but the oven and hob are still working and we replaced the element in the grill so it's not that
If you have replaced the grill element and it still doesn't work, there are a few other things you can check.
First, make sure that the grill is actually turned on and that the grill control knob is set to the correct temperature.
Next, check the grill's thermostat, which is typically located near the grill element. Use a multimeter to check the continuity of the thermostat, as a faulty thermostat can prevent the grill from heating up.
If the thermostat is functioning properly, you may need to check the grill's selector switch, which determines whether the grill or oven is used. A faulty switch can prevent the grill from working.
Finally, if none of these solutions work, there may be a wiring issue within the grill or in the main control board of the cooker. In this case, it may be best to seek the assistance of a professional technician to diagnose and repair the issue.
