you need to give the full model number of the laptop which is on the back on a sticker. find the model number and go here http://tinyurl.com/6jo7cua and select your laptop, you will then be able to download the driver you require
If you keep on seeing these 'lines' on your screen, chances are you're having a hardware issue or most probably video driver conflicts. In order to separate these, here's what I recommend :
Go to the BIOS screen of your computer - shut down your PC, turn it back on hitting on "DEL" key until you see a gray/blue screen with texts in it.
Observe, leave it for a couple of minutes and see if you'll get those 'lines' and 'circles' again.
If the problem continues even if you're in BIOS mode, then my advice is to send this notebook to a nearest authorized repair center to get it fixed. If the problem is not evident/visible in BIOS, then all you need to do is to re-install or update your video driver - better yet, backup all your files and re-install the entire operating system to resolve this problem.
I hope this one helps you out - Thank you for using FixYa.

There are 5 different series for the M2000, look underneath your laptop to find the correct series (eg: M2030AP), after doing this - go to the website below and select the appropriate model, choose your operating system, then select the audio driver menu from the drop down list.
when this happened to me on my Vista machine last year, I freaked out until I accidentally fixed it using by booting with my original Vista boot disc, and choosing 'Repair OS'.
Try finding a/your original Windows XP install disc and seeing if it will repair and replace your own Windows boot sector.
It would be best to find the one that came with your system, or another like it, but if all else fails, just try a hologrammed Windows XP install CD, but instead of 'install', choose 'repair'.
Always get your drivers
from the manufacturer of your Laptop, Notebook or Desktop.
If you were to log on to the hp.com
web site, usually one is able to download if
available, by model number,
All available Driver
downloadsas required.
If the driver is not
available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are
installing.
This is the best way of ensuring up to
date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!
There
are no XP drivers to be found with Microsoft as XP is no longer
supported.
Some
manufacturers may have a limited number of Drivers still listed.

The beeping usually points to a RAM stick failure. If your laptop has two sticks of RAM then one of them has failed, which further explains the slow performance of the laptop once it's fully loaded. To troubleshoot this issue, you'll need to remove one RAM stick at a time, and see if the laptop boots at all. When you have only one stick of RAM and the laptop does not load after the beep signal, then that installed RAM stick is bad. You may want to try and clean up the contacts with a cotton cloth and some alcohol just to make sure it's not an oxidized contact issue.
