what to do depends the source of the problem is. When it leaks from the water supply, then see if tightening it will help. look also for cracks or leaks. If it is the drain, check the fittings and the hose. If it is the unit itself, then you have my best wishes.

I would check with the repair depot and get the parts that you need. I am unfamiliar with this unit itself. If the unit holding the wheels on is broken, perhaps a plastic screwnail would hold it on.

The only dishwashers that have panels that you can replace are "frame" dishwashers. If you have one of these, there will be two screws on the side of the door that, when unscrewed, release one side of the frame allowing you to slide the panel in and out. If your dishwasher has metal that wraps around the side, you may want to try a vinyl or a stainless steel foil option that wraps over your door around the sides.
