Top tray wheels keep falling off
I feel for you! I have been tortured by the blasted wheels falling off every time I go to put something into the dishwasher, or want to empty it. To add to it all, this part is no longer available to replace, which I need to do as one of the clips finally snapped off. It is a highly frustrating design flaw in this machine.

The dishwasher has too much water in it, this is a safety feature.
Underneath is a tray at the bottom, you need to empty this before it will start again. I've had this problem many times. You can remove the pump and back-flush using a good spray, clean the filter by removing and flushing with brushing.
Once this is cleaned the pump must work and drain the waste water.
All the lights come on but the machine does not wash
The problem could be 1) The inlet solinoid in line with the main water inlet faulty this acts as an electrical tap controling the inlet water. 2) The triggering of the anti flood system (polysireene float and micro switch at the base of washer) due to water leak / spill (this device causes the washer to stop until the leak is cleared.3) Water pressure to low.
