2. Below is what the driver website looks like. Scroll down at the bottom and change the default from Windows XP to Windows 7

Uninstall and install the driver again.i think it does not work un install >run >type %temp%>hit >delete every thing>then restart >again install.Hope it will solve .if not run same as before open your card cleane by eraser.and fit it again.

Try to reinsert the microphone. Was it working b4 u have installed drivers. The drivers tat u installed should b compatible to ur motherboard.
Check the audio driver connection inside ur cabinet (front panel)
If u use audio splitter, sometimes the microphone may not work

On windows the mic is disabled by default, you need to HELP NUMBER +1 833 272 0777manually enable audio in, either from control panel, or from audio card mixer.
