The POWER light should be 100% on. The WIRELESS light should blink -- hunting for wireless devices, and communicating with them. The NETWORK ight should blink when there is activity to/from the internet.

DSL modems do *NOT* require any "device-driver" software. What is your REAL problem?

My one(same model) not working with ethernet driver

go to www.dlink.com.au. from there on the left hand side click on support. Then click D-Link products specs, downloads, setup guides, troubleshooting & how to's. Now on there are 2 boxes saying SELECT. On the left box select DSL and on the 2nd box select 2520u.Clcik download and from there you can select the driver depending on your OS.

See the manufactors web site below. Their are no VISA drivers available for your modem. I am sorry to say that your only opting may be a different (VISTA) compatable modem.

Follow the link and select the correct model number (it will be on your modem).
You should be able to use the vista drivers for your device. You may have to run the .exe file in vista compatibility mode.

What do you want to know? How to put it into bridge mode or how to get it out of bridge mode?It depends on what driver you install for this device. The WAN driver gives you PPPoE/A and the LAN driver gives you bridged mode, Dlink appear to have a tool for removing drivers which I see as a very bad sign.This is a pretty old device - the drivers I'm seeing go back to Windows 98 and Mac OS9...

The link below will take you to the driver download page. I do not see Windows 7 drivers so the nearest drivers are for Windows Vista. Install these drivers and your modem should now be working properly in Windows. If not, you may want to contact D-Link Technical Support as sometimes special software is only available per request.

The DLINK website does not allow me to give you a direct link to the drivers, so here's the "how To":

1. Go to http://support.dlink.com.au/Default.asp;
   
   
2. On the left site of the website, choose "DSL" in the first menu (A), then 200 in the second menu (B) and click on the blue "GO" button (3);
   
   
   
3. Click on the + near Downloads and click on Downloads for DSL-200;
   
   
   
4. Now, before downloading the drivers, check for the revision on your modem. Under the unit, you will have a sticker, where you may find H/W : A.5, VA5 or H/W B.5, VB5 etc. This will tell you the "Revision" of your modem.
   
   
5. click on "Drivers" in the section corresponding to your modem, then download the latest drivers. The drivers should al be compatible with Windows WP Sp3.
