Have you check the gradation print out for each color in the service mode? Recommended that you do that. Does this happen in printing or copying? There is a difference. Any warning to replace certain parts? Check consumables what needs to be replaced? What does the demo page look like? Are the image units OEM? is the transfer belt OEM?
