Is the thick 4 11 x 81/2? take the paper off the bypass tray, first send the job to the copier selecting the bypass tray the copier is going to beep telling you replenish paper in the bypass when you place the paper in the bypass make you follow the orientation of the paper on the copier screen.Might also want o replace the bypass tray roller set. If the Plain paper through Thick 3 work then you did not need to replace the main board. Are trying to duplex the paper????? When it jams where does the paper stop?? replace the black image unit as a whole you do not replace the units as individual parts. Where did you get the drum from? or the PC charger as they come as one and you don't replace the developer as it is located inside the unit!!!!!! 1.The terminal for the first transfer pressure/release sensor is not connected properly. Reconnect the terminal. 2.Failed PS15 (p/n 08AA 8551 2). Test photosensor, PS15, in the I/O State Confirmation Mode, 48-0HIGH = home position or LOW = Other than home position by activating M19 (p/n 08AA 8003 0) transfer pressure/release motor, 48-0, 48-1, 48-2, or 48-3.
