Please try running the " Head Cleaner " option from your printers software.

If this doesn`t fix the problem your printer may be broken.

I will give you a number of reason or solutions that I hope will help you .

1. All of your printer heads are bad and its not helping if you clean them because maybe you havent been printing for a while the heads get dry.
2. Somewhere in the printer program installed on your computer there should be a helping program for cleaning. If you find it then the printer should tell you when the cleaning is done but the only problem with that function is that you are losing a lot of ink.
3. This is a solution that could work if the cartridges are dry. Take away the cartridges from the printer and put them on a dishcloth contains lukewarm water. Just for a few seconds untill you can see its clean because you dont want to destroy the electronic parts on the cardridge. If its working you will see the ink drain into the dishcloth or paper. Wait for the cartridges to dry completely and then put them in the printer.
4. If none of this reasons will help you need to buy new cardridges.

Hello !

I know something you can try.
If you look inside the printer for the rubber wheels try to take a file or rasp and rubb the surface to be less shiny .
After that it should work because its just need to get a little rugged/rough. It work on all printers that have somekind of rubber wheels..

Hi! It may not really work on first try. Try to run cleaning for several times and it may resolve it. If no luck, please remove the ink cartridge and check the ink cartridge seat if there are dried inks. You may need to clear the residue for it may be blocking the ink flow. Hope this helps and have a good one!

The ink that yuo are change are original epson cartidge ink?If yes , try to head cleaning twice and then nozzle check ,then the result of test print are soild in color are good , the unclean head having plenty spaces within the color in test print.

You must reset the chips on your cartridges. To do that you need a re-setter. You can either buy one or go to a refill shop, they usually have them.
The re-setter assigns a new serial number to your cartridges, thus enabling you to print with refilled cartridges. I think that is the only way to bypass your problem.

and use it, as if it were the very-expensive Adobe Photoshop, to convert colour to grey-scale.

The two clips that swing down and hold the ink cartridges can be easily removed without breaking anything or removing screws. Look at the hinge points and use a screwdriver to gently pry one hinge of each clip out and the clips will simply lift out. But after that there are 2 small screws that hold the print heads in that ink cartridge carriage. Remove them and keep track of them. The white clip positioned in the color ink cartridge bay helps to hold the ribbon cable in place, but once you see what will move in regard to the print head, you can loosen the white clip and the print head should lift up. In this way, conceivably, the CX3200 print head should detach from the ribbon cables (there are 2) and a new one goes in its place. I'm dealing with a friend's CX3200 that the black is not printing and I'm cleaning it out and finding a lot of dried sticky ink. Probably used until dry or refilled the cartridge with the wrong type of black ink.
