The waste padis actually full and ink is about to overflow, then you need to install a wastecontainer. You can see the waste pad by opening the access panel onthe back of the printer. Open theaccess panel on the rear of the printer (remove screw) You will see atube (down and to your left) coming from the cleaning pump and it willhave an open end on it. This is the tube that delivers ink to the wastepad. Use a piece of coat hanger wire or equivalent, and fish out this piece oftube. Bring it to the outside of the printer, thru the access panel. Findyourself a suitable container (Tupperware or a plastic cup or jar) that is nottoo tall. Put the tube into this container and secure the tube andcontainer so they won't come apart or lose connection if the printer is moved. Ifyou wish you can make a hole or notch in the access panel cover so it can bereplaced. Now the ink will go into this container and not into the waste padinside the printer. If it gets full, dump it.

Error general tx111
May be the trouble is on the cartridge. Change the cartridge..
I find ask question similiar with your question. Just go to http://zoneprinter.com/error-tx111-tx111-did-not-detect-cartridge
There are some trouble on that web, also the answer to solve that problem
Blocked printing heads
Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent inkdrying out in the print head nozzles.
If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive.
It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer thanreplace the print head.
