Hi, I hope I can help with this. It could be either the colored cables are not positioned correctly (they should all be on the same row) or it is on the incorrect TV Input. This can happen when we have other devices connected to the TV such as CAble box, gaming console (xbox, ps4,wii), dvd player, etc. The fact that you said the HDMI cable works fine and shows picture, it tells me it has to do with those colored cables.
