am facing a frequent problem with the hard disk which requires to change it , i heared about a firmware update which can restore the harddisk back to work without replacing it with another working one 'what i do is to grab a working one from another machine and replace' ,??!! plesse forgive me am not that proffesional , yet i despertly need someone to point me to the right direction , thanks in advance

so,call for service,they dont put that there to just look at it

Pls reboot tha machine

check thermal fuse ,thermistor or heater lamp

replace the scanner ribbon

There is no service code. To reset the copier press and hold 0,8. button and switch on the copier. enter 690 press start button enter 2 and press enter key on touch screen. once the reboot massage apears switch off the copier and switch on.
