Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA

the leads from your (motherboard to your hard drive) make sure they have secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they might be faulty

if its a 40 pin flat ribbon type it will be the first to fail

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty

even something as small as an electrical fan and its lead can cause you problems

computers need all electrical power and data to continue through every working device and to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

make sure your graphics card is securely seated with no dust built up or in the socket

if you remove your graphics check the socket to make sure its dust free

restart your computer then reinstall it this should activate found new hardware wizard

this is someone more suited for a trained technician, but you can look at the motherboard, where the pins were, and you should see markings like pwr +, pwr -, led +, led -, hdd_led, etc, you will also see markings on the cords that connect to the motherboard, with the same words, pwr+, pwr-, etc, you can try matching those up..

A long beep code often indicates the video card is kaput. If this has onboard video (i.e., the monitor plugs directly into the motherboard) then purchasing an inexpensive video card that will fit into your computer will take care of the problem. this is my first attempt at offering a solution so here goes.. what condition do the capacitors look in.. are they bulging slighlty at the top (venting) and is there any brown dis-coloration on them (you can get pictures of faulty ones off the internet)i have just recapped a jetaway board which had 13 out 16 faulty and this fixed the problems i was also thinking that after 2 yrs the cooling compound on the cpu and heatsink may have dried out rs components sell it the order code is 564-311 im sure youve tried all this but thought i'd mention it regards john

You need to replace the motherboard with the same board.

You will need to replace the board with Socket 478, you also need to consider if your other components like your video card or ram will work with your new board if you didn't find a board with the same brand which is gigabyte.

Sounds like your board has some issues (might of even caused your power supply to fail) try unplugging all IDE devices, removing pci slotted cards and anything else plugged into the board so you are only left with the Motherboard, Processor and Memory. Try to start the board now to see if one of your devices was causing the problem. If the board now comes on, try installing the devices back one by one to see which one is causing the problem. If that still doesn't work, try to further test your possible to see if they are working correctly. If all that fails, your board is probably the cause and needs to be replaced. Good Luck.

First u attach your pendrive with pc after that u do a right click on pen drive folder ,then u click on scan option then the scan folder will apper and u select the pen drive folder by adding ,then click on next opyion and wait untill the scan is over .After scan over's then u can format your pendrive....

If it is not an accumulation of dust and if your fans are working properly and your ventilation is not blocked, that there was not a built-in cooling system for this integrated part makes me wonder what is going on. One would have thought it suggested such was not necessary. How old is the thermal paste in the computer? I would replace that before trying more desperate measures.
