Check if UEFI is disabled after flash with newer BIOS version. If you flash BIOS the default settings gets loaded again. Check hard disk settings and boot settings.

Any keyboard can be dismantled. Each one has its own configuration, however: Turn the keyboard over on its face with the back up. >Usually there are several inset screws (phillips head type) on the rear of the keyboard.
