start->settings->system->clear storage

tap and hold on align target until it moves to next corner or next step, if you are using windows 6 or 6.5 you should be very much accurate on taping and holding to align the screen.

Go to the "phone programs" screen page and at the bottom left,select the touch screen allignment option.select and follow the instructions.You will have to continue tapping the cursor till it stops moving.Then your screen will be alligned.

First you should make a reset by pushing the button at the base of the phone close to the mouth piece.Then get some sort of stylus maybe from another phone and go to the phone settings and navigate through to the phone display option, where you have the option of realligning your screen.Follow the instructions there and then go and get another stylus for your phone.Your thumb sweat is not touchscreen friendly!

The i-mate pda2k is not a 3g phone! its only a 2g phone. But you can connect to the internet by using your wireless lan and GPRS.To connect to your computer, go to your phone settings menu then select "connect phone as modem",this will give you the option of connecting through GPRS or otherwise. You must have your settings set up properly to use this feature.

To be sure if its not the battery thats bad, connect it to the charger and charge for a while. Monitor the light indicator at the top right of the phone.It should start from red to green after its fully charged. then try to restart it by turning on the power button also at the top right of the phone.
If after these procedures the phone does not start up or it shows some temporal 3 seconds flash of power, you may need to get another battery. If a new battery does not start your phone,then its a power fault.It needs to be rapaired.

You may need to do a soft reset on your phone. I f you don#'t mind losing your data,just remove the battery,reinsert it, charge it till the red light turns green then restart it.it will boot from default.If you have any memory card inside it, remove it before starting this process.Follow the instructions and you should be ready to go.

You know, you have a great pda! I hope it still can be fixed. I suggest that you should bring your pda to a service center or to your retailer so that they refer you to the accredited service center. And if your phone is new, perhaps it can be covered with the warranty. I think the screen is available but rarely, if you cannot select most of the functions, it is a big problem coz you cannot make the back up.

Have you used your 'file browser' (if you hit start this should be one of the options) to see if the applications are in fact still on the phone?

Try restoring it to its factory settings.

you can buy a blank key blade off ebay simple as that, i bought one for my 407 it was slightly to thick so i filed it down until it fit and it works great, hope this helps.

yes dear its so simple just use ur pocket PC data cable with your PC and install Active sync on ur PC and get connected ur PDA with it an icon of MY MOBILE shown in ur explore form where u can do any thing u wanted with ur Pocket PC like add music vedio and software of any kind...if need more help..reply me back..Take care

yes dear its so easy....install "my mobile" software on your pc and attach ur PDA to it...and then ur mob screen shown on ur PC where u can easily align ur screen using ur mouse ..reply if need more help at [email protected]
