Possibly the drying /heater element is faulty. Check the machine isn't on a non drying cycle. Some machines will do the last rinse in hot water but leave the dishes to drip dry in the hot humid air after the rinse. If the dishes or water isn't hot during a rinse , I would say its the element.

Possible burnt out heater element or defective control board.
