you may have a sock stuck in between the drums rotate the drum when it becomes stiff you stop then take out the lower paddle by pulling it you may now see the sock

bearings have gone ,this happens when you over load the machine. cheaper to replace machine??????? but not to replace it with the same or sister companys machine

Most likely control board is defective If all machine is checked for power
