Some books cannot be lent or borrowed. Some "Lending enabled" books discontinue that option. Due to the limits on lending, I personally find that feature useless.

go to Barnes and noble website. Log in using your old name and password. Click on My Account (upper left corner) Bottom of page click on Manage Account Settings (on the left) Fill in CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. IF you no longer have your password AND no longer have your email, you can not access your old account. You will have to register at Barnes and Nobel as a new account.

1. Ask your daughter to Sign-In to her B&N account.
2. Under the My Account heading you will find Digital Content/Management.
3. Choose Manage Your Nook.
