You bought a cheap and nasty Inverter and what ever you plugged into it exceeded the load, it beeped and failed to deliver! What did you plug into it?

System file corruption. I remember it happened to me some years ago. You'll need a way to boot that is not your corrupted disk like a repair disk or a bootable USB. always make/keep a repair disk for times like these.

Here are some steps you can try to get your Magnet (KARLSON) double oven out of demo mode:
Press and hold the "Timer" button for 5 seconds.
If the above step doesn't work, try pressing and holding the "Timer" and "Cook Time" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.

Power down the computer
Remove the battery
Run the computer on mains power
Close down the computer
Unplug from the mains
Press and HOLD the Power button for a FULL 2 minutes.
Insert the battery, plug into the mains and power on.
If that doesn't fix it, you need a digital multimeter to check the battery charger unit is providing voltage at the connector plug, typically 11.1 volts or 14.8 volts, to as much as 19 volts.
Another possibility is that the power connection port has dry joints or damage to the motherboard connector through constant use.
