If you don't know and can't find out which is yours, you may have to download several and try them in turn to see which works. Hello Naudia. it seems like a problem with the soundcard-driver. maybe there is non or the wrong driver installed. check in the device-manger and try to reinstall the driver os deinstall and install new. i hope this fix youre problem. lg. Gue.

Remove harddrive make sure it is set to master. while hard drive is out boot up computer it will boot to the motherboard. Find the boot menu and set your cd drive as the first device. Save and shut down the computer. Install your hard drive now boot up and as soon as you can insert disk.
