I cannot skype or play music, when i try to skype

it seems like a problem with the soundcard-driver. maybe there is non or the wrong driver installed. check in the device-manger and try to reinstall the driver os deinstall and install new.

if this fails to fix the problem It could be a problem with the lens you could use a liquid type lens cleaner place 2-3 drops on top of a cd/dvd then run it
