I cant believe that the bios doesnt start up!?
try mashing F9 or F12 or DEL as soon as youve started it up to see. If the bios aint starting up, its probably a big hardware problem (like you've broken the motherboard or similar)
You sure you've the bios isn't working? Does it POST at all? other wise maybe its just a faulty hdd, try putting the HDD into another computer, wiping it completely and booting.
Most computers wont boot at all if there CPU isn't properly (or isnt) in same for the CPU fan and video adapters. Try reseating everything and see what happens.
Does it beep at all? maybe its a problem with the RAM, have a look at the model numbers of everything and check the the specs match up with whatever motherboard it uses.

Have you tried a good keyboard to see if it is the keyboard or the computer. Quite often the keyboard will get food or debrees under a key. try turning it upside down and giving the keyboard a good shaking. If you have spilt soda or something that dries sticky on it , it may need to be cleaned internally or replaced.

Hi, what has happened is when you installed the Win 7, it hasn't recognized your Video card, what you need to do, is obtain a driver that is suitable for Win 7. You need to go to the manufacturers website of you Video card,or PC, and find the driver and download and install. If it is an ATI card go to the ATI website and download the latest driver for your video card, if NVIDIA then the same applies here, BOTH of those sites would have a suitable driver, IF the card is supported under Win 7.
Many Video cards are NOT suitable NOR supported, in this case you either have to use the "Generic" drivers Win 7 supplies, or change you Video card if possible.
I have a feeling that your PC will NOT be suitable for Win 7. However I include the link for your drivers. Please go to this website below and download your Video Drivers and see how you go.

Check your sound card's problem or its damage. If it have no problem, check your drivers. Get drivers from your dealer or download from IBM's website. Enter your computer's model number and operating system. Download all drivers and install them.

You seem to have a virus or a trojan in your pc, my recommendation is to format the hard drive and reinstall the operatingsystem, you can try to boot in safe mode with an antivirus program cd and see if it will detect your problem if not just format and reinstall, tese things have happened to and I either remove the virus / trojan through safe mode or go back into an older restore point and see if that works. Try it out if not then just format and reinstall windows, it will give you a like new fresh install.

Try swapping your ram from one to the other. It is either bad ram, bad CPU, bad motherboard. The ram is the easiest to test.

Check to make sure that you have not left the windows installation disk in your CD/DVD drive. The system boots directly to the disks and begins the installation routine.
If not, you will have to reinstall windows, you had an inturupted or damaged install.

dude u need to reinstall ur windows ..there are othere ways also but im telling the best way .so ur system will remain healthy..

try to uninstall the driver of your lan card and then reinstall it again
