Unable to put phone into

Most blue tooth device manufactures use the power button to set your device to discovery mode, first you must turn the power to on for your blue tooth from your phone menu, then most manufactures use the power button to put the blue toooth device into discovery mode,by holding the power button down when you turn your device on holding it for 6 to 10 seconds, usually a solid light appears on your blue tooth device,it is now in discovery mode,on your phone menu there should be an add new or search devices, once you've clicked that it should discover your blue tooth device, then you will need a pin or pairing code,Most manufactures use a factory 4 digit pin pairing code the y are as follows 0000,1234,1111,or 9999, if you have done the steps correctly the menu will say connect, press conect and you should be connected..i hope this helps

Hi, how can I pair up my Motorola Bluetooth HS810

On your phone, make sure bluetooth is turned on (settings, general).

While your phone is in discovery mode, turn your bluetooth device on and put it in discovery mode (usually you have to hold the power button for 7-10 seconds).

Your phone will find the device, and you will be prompted to enter the devises PIN number (often 0-0-0-0). Your phone should pair with the device then.

Go to menu. Then to Connection. Click on Bluetooth link. Go to setup. Then click on find me. Then you should be able to sync your phone to his. For him to sync to you quicker, he can click on sync under connections in the menu. Then you should be able to send your pics, phonebook, the whole nine yards! I have an hs810 motorola

Male sure before trying to find the bluetooth headset with your phone that the bluetooth headset is off. Hold down the power button until the led stays on. Then quickly use your phone to fetect the headset. If it will not detect the headset while the led is solid on, then it is not compatable with that phone! Good Luck and Thanks for using FixYa! Is this compatible with our phone?

this post is quite old but i think i'll answer it...first of all your phone must have bluetooth. to use it you must pair your phone with your bluetooth headset first. Open your bluetooth headset in pair mode and then open your phone bluetooth pair them and they will auto connect after you paired them(usually).
