How to repair panasonic lumix fz30 lens?

It doesn't sound like the aperture to me.That would either make it too light or too dark, but I've never heard of it doing both.Double check your settings. I've had problems when I changed a setting, then forgot to reset it back. Also the cameras with a small sensor usually have a small range of f stops,so it shouldn't cause that much of a problem. It could also be the shutter.

How to fix slow shutter speed?

When in Any auto mode or P or A your camera automatically will adjust your shutter speed for ambient light conditions. So if your having issues where your camera is choosing to slow a shutter speed and you photos are coming out blurry then there isn't enough light either because other settings in the camera are limiting light or where ever you are taking photos is poorly lit. Setting your ISO Higher should allow the camera to increase the shutter speed, but will often introduce noise to your photos. The more you play with your camera and learn digital photography the more you'll understand how to make your photos the best they possibly can be. For the time being if getting a no blurr shot is key put your camera in S mode which means shutter priority this will allow you to control and lock your shutter speed and set your ISO to auto this will force the ISO and Aperture to change instead of your shutter speed to get a good photo.

Possible that the CCD- the charge coupled device which is the optical sensor is damaged as an exposure to very bright light can cause the CCD to burn off. You need to get this confirmed with a consensus, check if the pirtures are having this spot , if so the possibility if high. Otherwise it can be due to fault in the LCD display.

I have a Panasonic Lumix

I could give some simple and possible answer. Your camera Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ30 is quite simple but good camera. Unfortunately it could be the lens unit doesn't work properly or the main PCB(printed circuit board). First the lens unit problem is right then you can bring it to any skillful local camera repair shop. But second problem you just have to use as a paper weight because most of panasonic part are very expensive. Most of case it exceed camera value. Now you camera is about 5 or 6 years old. The decision is yours. Oh! maybe the last possible chance is internal of camera circuitry connector( FPC--flexible printed circuitry) off position. I do once in a while see them. Thanks and good luck with you..

I have a Panasonic Lumix

There are no SD memory cards 4GB or larger because the Secure Digital standard limits card capacities to 2GB. While SDHC cards will fit into the slot, they are electronically incompatible and will not work in the DMC-FZ30. You will need to stay with SD cards 2GB and smaller.
