You may view/download the manual at Owners Manual User Guide for Emerson CKD9901 Clock Radio "Setting the Time of Day" is on page 9. You should be able to get a printout of the manual at just about any office supply store. Take the manual on a thumbdrive or download it at the store and have them run off a copy. You'll have to pay for the printout, of course. Or you can just read the manual online.

Assuming that the time display isn't currently blinking (in the set mode), first press the Time button (to the upper right of the Snooze button). Then press the Reverse button (that lets you skip CD tracks backwards). When you have the correct minutes displayed, press Time again. (Note: if you press and hold Time, you will toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour time. The Forward skip button will set the Hour. If you find the wrong part of the time changing, try using the other button and make sure that you are not in the Alarm Set mode.) To set its real time do the following

Press and hold the CLOCK button and
the time will blink in the Display.

While holding the CLOCK button ?,

press the SKIP/Search/MINUTE [ '

button ? to advance the minute and

the SKIP/Search/HOUR button [ =>>']

to advance the hour until the desired
time is shown on the display.

AM (TIME) LED INDICATOR

In the upper left corner of the Display is the AM LED indicator. When the AM LED

indicator is lit, the actual or alarm time shown in the Display is AM hours. When
the indicator is not lit, the time shown is PM hours.

TO SET OR RESET THE ALARM TIME(S)

Press and hold the desired ALM SET

button (ALM.1 or ALM.2) and the

selected alarm time will blink in the
Display.

While holding the desired ALM SET

button button ?, press the

SKIP/Search/ MINUTE '<<= button

to advance the minute and the

SKIP/Search/HOUR .=>>' Button

advance the hour until the desired

On the side of the clock radio (I think the left), switch the switch that says CD/Radio to Radio and it will wake up to the radio.

It should be in your users manual but if you cant find it try this # 905-940-5089 and tell them what you need .. Good Luck
