De computer shut down when
Test or replace your PSU power supply unit if the units fan is not working its faulty
one bad/faulty lead can cause a computer with lots of problems continually rebooting or failing to detect your drive
replace all the leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions + IDE,SATA the ones that attach from your ((motherboard to hard drive))
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they are probably old and faulty ?

could have been memory dump
memory dump click start right click on my computer,properties advanced scroll down to system and recovery open settings write and debugging information the drop down button select none
or
go into control panel administrive tools computer management then select event viewer depending on what operating sytem you have this may vary
extend the events there you will see errors in red you will no what exactly what the error was and at what time it occured you might be able to uninstall then reinstall some of these files/software
or
scroll to the bottom toolbar (bottom of screen) right click you can select task manager applications also processes you will see whats running on your computer you might have a virus also select users you will see who is using your computer

Sound problem motherboard 865g
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
you might have to uninstall then restart your computer then reinstall both the sound drivers and the sound card make sure you have both of these devices backed up to a disc before uninstalling
a yellow? question mark means you need to install/update driver to do this
right click to install driver also
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound,video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers
click start control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there
also
click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar
if his does not fix the problem
have you tried this control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand,system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable)
try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer

My internet d loding ver slow
there are so many things that could cause this from a full hard drive to just a bad connection. start with the basics like clean up the computer and get rid of stuff you dont need anymore. go to majorgeeks.com and download CCleaner. this is a free program and will clean up your computer by getting rid of all the junk files left behind from internet searches. then there is also a regestry checker on the program that is wonderful. it also has a uninstaller to completely remove old programs. if you want you can google CCleaner and download it that way.
Clean that computer and see if things pick up.

You may have to identify your audio device on the motherboard if you do not know this type in unknown device identifier into Google and download this small program then double click on it and run the program This should list all the hardware in your computer go the the soundcard entry and it should tell you the make you can click on a link to a driver for this device or once you know it go to a web site called driverguide.com fill out the free registration and download the make and make sure it is for your OS once installed reboot the computer and it should work
