why would you wanna build a single core p4?
check out the used tech sale at your local university. i can usually find a decent complete dual core system (including monitor mouse & kb) for less than 5) $50.
if you have specific requirements you may wanna list those.
theres also cheaper options like raspberry pi or pine64

If not search the Internet for these drivers. Some one on this site may have them or know where to get them.

find out what board you have first then go to ebay and get one make sure that you look at all the contact you have taken off then put them back in same place use your manual when you get board to make sure that you done it right ok jim
